Breaks a given profile to triangles.

Parameters
vertexSource[in] The set of profile vertices.
inFaceData[in] Indices of vertices in the profile.
vecTriangles[out] Indices of vertices for created triangles.
tol[in] Maximum tolerance of the initial vertices.
Returns
true if and only if triangulation was successful.
