Verify drawing Digital Signature if exists.

Parameters
drawingFullPath[in] Full path to the drawing file to verify the signature.
verifResultMsg[out] Verification result message.
pSignDesc[out] A pointer to preallocated structure into which signature description data will be placed.
Returns
Returns eOk if the verification process completed without errors, and verifResultMsg contains the verification result. Returns eCantOpenFile if can't open the drawing file specified by drawingFullPath. Returns eInvalidInput if the drawing file has a version for which the verification process can not be performed.
